CLUPO – University Languages Centre

Remember also the CLUPO - University Languages Centre of the University of Eastern Piedmont (CLUPO - Centro Linguistico di Ateneo dell'Università del Piemonte Orientale ) - which ensures linguistic support and assistance in teaching and researching modern foreign languages taught in the University.

The Centre contributes to the literacy, learning and improvement of modern curricular and extracurricular languages, also for the purpose of assessing acquired language skills.

Rosetta Stone

The University has activated the Rosetta Stone Advantage for Higher Educationservice available to all UPO students (of any order and grade), teaching and technical-administrative staff, fellows, fellows and professors from the University of Eastern Piedmont.

The Rosetta Stone Advantage for Higher Education service allows you to practice the languages of English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Mandarin Chinese (basic level only). Registration for the service is free for all current students.

Italian for foreigners and Cils

Our Department, with specific courses held throughout the University, offers two levels of Italian courses for foreigners: BASIC and ADVANCED.

We also act as a centre for exams for the certification of Italian as a foreign language (Italiano come lingua straniera CILS)
